My current research interests include algorithms, probabilistic graphical models, and the theory of computation, with applications in bioinformatics. My teaching interests align closely with algorithms and the foundations of computing. In Spring 2026, I teach CSCI 6470 Algorithms (section: 41120) , a graduate-level course.
